All jewelry is Hand Made to Order and shipped from Thousand Oaks, California in the United States. Please allow 1-2 weeks to make your piece by hand before shipping. 

 

Packaging

~ Every order comes packaged in a Sanazar Rose gift box 

~ An invoice will be included in the box with pricing information and order details. Please let us know if you do not wish to include an invoice

~ Free Priority shipping for orders over $150

~ All orders are shipped through USPS with tracking information

 

First Class Mail: 3-5 Business Days (After making jewelry) 

Priority Mail:  2-3 Business Days (After making jewelry) 

Express Mail: 1-3 Business Days (After making jewelry)

 

International Orders and Delivery Time

~ Free International Priority shipping for orders over $250

 

First Class International Mail:  10-15 Business Days (After making jewelry) 

Priority International Mail:  6-10 Business Days (After making jewelry) 

Express International Mail:  3-5 Business Days (After making jewelry) 

 

~ We only ship to countries with USPS Delivery Confirmation. Please note that not all Shipping Options are available for every country. If there is an issue with your delivery location or shipping selection, we will contact you with more information

~ We are not responsible for customs fees, but will do our best to make the process as smooth as possible

 


Returns

~ If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after the purchase date to return the product (in new and unused condition) for a full refund

~ Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

~ Please return jewelry in the original packaging and pack it in a sturdy box to ensure safe delivery. Please include insurance on your package and send us the return information with a tracking number

~ Refunds will be granted once product has arrived back to the studio and item has been inspected. If your returned jewelry shows any signs of wear, use or alteration, we cannot accept the return and will mail it back to you

 ~ There are no returns on custom items or commissions
